1 hour reiki session with me

This session will be deeply relaxing. I will weave in some essential oils and tailor it to your specific requirements and needs.

What to expect:  You don't need to do anything other than lie down. I will cover you with blankets and make you very comfortable. You will stay fully clothed and relax on the couch. I will work with my hands in still positions, either resting lightly on or above the body. I will start with the head and finish with the feet. I will be guided intuitively to any specific areas. We will complete a health and wellness questionnaire before the treatment so I can get an understanding of you and what you may need. 

It is recommended that you avoid alcohol for 24 hours prior to a treatment (and afterwards for a day or two).
